Another tire fitment question

Ready to fill up the wheel wheels a bit more on my '64 Lemans and would like to fit 17 x 8 with 4.5" BS and 245/45R17 front, 8.3" tread width, 25.7" dia
18 x 9.5 with 5.5" BS and 285/40R18 rear 9.8"...

I boogered that wheel up pretty good by pounding that reverse socket onto the lock. It just spins and doesn't dig in. I never loved those wheels anyway. Back to ground zero.
