I have the complete Pypes sset up on my '71 TA 455 HO.
2.5 in.,downpipes from the stock manifolds, X-pipe, Racepro transverse
muffler, and stainless tips.
My only complaint is the sound....

need help decoding a 455
Hi All,
I've got a chance to pick up a 455 block with 4 bolt caps
and HO 197 heads, but can't figure out some of the numbers on the block.
Cast is 485428 which I understand to be a 455...
