People always disagree on the proper way to set pinion angle.

I have my engine set at 1.6 degrees down towards the rear end.

I have my rear end set at 0 degrees. So my pinion angle is 1.6...

74 GTO door hinges

I'm trying to remove the doors on my 74 GTO. The hinges are welded to the body and the doors.

Is it possible to remove the hinges without destroying them?

1970 GTO quarter panel patch panels

I'm looking for lower front and lower rear patch panels for a 70 GTO. The patch panels that go just in front of, and just behind the rear tires. It doesn't look like they are produced for the 70 GTO....

Did you set the converter gap when you installed the converter?

If not, the converter was probably not engaging deep enough in to the front pump.

I have a bolt in 1 5/8 bar for mine too. I've had it in and out 10 times. It slips in and out the same as it did the first time.

I keep it bolted in, but it's probably not necessary.
