Pull the dizzy and shine a light down there. I bet you can stick you finger in there and feel it even. Theres not much distance to the lobe from the gear, maybe 2 inches or so.

That is no way a reflection. All you need to do is watch that area during the vid to see it, whatever it is is hanging on the cam right there are rotating, AND moving side to side.
