Looks like a beat up set of Late Clifford long tube headers from a Firebird (by were the dents in the back tubes are for clearing the steering Box. Ad also lists a head for sale.

Looks to be a Clifford intake with an adaptor plate below the carb, so Jeff is probably correct about it being a E carb. Also has Clifford shorty headers
