Here is a picture of the 69 Firebird pitman arms. One is for power steering the other is manual steering. These are both for Pontiac powered V8 cars. Not sure if 6 cylinders arms are different or not.

The 215 tire will not fit on the 4 inch wide rim and seat properly. They recommend a 5.5 to 7 inch wide rim for that tire. I want to stick with the weld draglites because that is what is on the rear....
