Wouldn’t the starting point be the state line, and end point the last exit, and vice versa for the return ? I would think you might have to pay separate for each vehicle since it would be different...

Yes. I’ve put regular single flares in lines in the past, and it can be a pain to get the lines on. It doesn’t have to be perfectly like the bubble I pictured, but something to hold the rubber line...

What tool?

Makes these flares. Seems I’m bending my own fuel lines often, and some cars ( this is an old Mercury ) run inline fuel filters. I like to have a little flare in it for safety.
