Wouldn’t the starting point be the state line, and end point the last exit, and vice versa for the return ? I would think you might have to pay separate for each vehicle since it would be different...

What tool?

Makes these flares. Seems I’m bending my own fuel lines often, and some cars ( this is an old Mercury ) run inline fuel filters. I like to have a little flare in it for safety.
