My son is an appliance tech. He says no one wants to work on LG or Samsung because they are poorly engineered crap. Go with a Whirlpool or a Maytag (which is now made by Whirlpool).

It is likely a bulb that has burned out and the filliment is touching the base of the bulb. I had that happen a few times and all of the interior lights would stay lit.
