try a john deere,,, or some other large tractor store,,,, maybe caterpillar,,,might have a washer that thick and big,,, if not,,, i bet a metal fab place would only charge 10 bucks to cut you one out...

thanks, its a color i mixed myself when i was working up at the local dealership, its a deep blue metallic shot over a black sealer. i can post the color codes to make it if you want them.
