Dodge loves the 1/2 year models. A 1998 Cummins Ram is a 12 valve, a 1998.5 is a 24 valve engine.

The fill plug is actually on the "pumpkin" side...

The fill plug is actually on the "pumpkin" side IIRC. Should be a pipe plug there, and it takes around 2 qts.
