One other thing, and don't ask me how I found out. But when you do the wing window rubbers, test the fit and function of the vent window in them before you glue them all-up.

I have done it, it is a PIA. I had to grind the rubber to get it to fit, made blocks to hold it in place while I glued it in place with weather strip...

I have to agree for the most part with Pontirag. I have seen a lot of Tempest's and LeMans in junkyards in Wis, Minn and S. Dakota. And these stabilizers are rare. I have only seen them on manual...

I'm in the same boat, I need weather stripping for a '65 Tempest Wagon. If you find anything out let us know. I have looked into Chevelle and El Camino stuff. Some looks like it might work.
