Tom,
As you know, I have the 3800SC engine from the GTP I totalled in Germany. You may remember I have been considering a transplant into a late model Firebird. One of the problems in this application would be the air inlet would face the rear of the already tight F-body engine compartment. I found this link on firebirdv6.com: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=7948102426

As you can see the inlet makes a 180 to the front of the engine, possibly allowing it to be used in a Firebird. If it won't help I have another alternative:

I bought my wife a Screaming Yellow/Black Int/Black Conv Top 2004 V6/Auto Mustang upon our return from Germany last September. The only option it doesn't have is the V8! It's a nice car, but could use more oomph.

So the question is, if I use my M-90 with this adapter kit will I grenade the Mustang engine? How much boost can it safely handle? Do you see any issues I may be overlooking, ie transmission, rear end? Advice and/or comments?
