If repro 68/69 Tempest fenders are not selling it's probably due to the quality. Why pay hundreds of dollars for something that will need significant 'reworking' to get them straight ?
Perhaps people are simply choosing to patch the originals. I say put more effort into the quality of sheet metal. Saving a buck in tooling will cost you in the long run.
