55-60 motors are all pretty much the same. In 1961 they changed the heads, intake and timing cover and water routing.
You can find Offy intakes for reasonable prices. I got mine for 150 including shipping. A lot of people say that 61-64 offy intakes wont fit pre 1961 motors but they do. I'd keep an eye out on ebay.
