Its' up and running. I deleted a whole file yesterday by mistake and had to clear it all off the computer and try twice more to install, plus a reboot. Some combination of uninstall, reinstall worked after deleting that file. I didn't just delete the profile, I deleted the file it was in--it worked out though.
