When the car was converted to RHD the Brake Booster and Brake Pedal assembly where all modified to suit another Brake Pedal setup. The Master Cyclinder looks to be original and the Brake Booster Unit but not the arm that reaches to the pedal. That was cut and re welded to suit the other pedal assembly.

The Proportioning valve was left on the LH side and is a BENDIX brand which I assumed was not correct to the car and may have been changed at some stage in the conversion as most parts I thought come from GM. I could not find the date stamp on the end of the valve assembly nut nor a part no. as reffered to by the assembly manual. But I have found a code on the opposite end where a blank grommet wat fitted. V 233 and maybe a 4th no. but hard to see.

Is it common for a Bendix Proprtioning Valve to be found on 73 cars.
