M-bracket just means that it was a manual adjuster bracket as in no power seats. As far as an option code to show if it were to get the trim parts that cover the seat brackets, the anwser is no it came on all the cars to cover the seat adjuster brackets on all the car. The reason that a lot are missing is as stated by Billygoat73 . They were very thin where they went under the seat to attach to. It didn't take very much pressure to brake them off & then once they were broken most just threw them away because it usually broke just the front or back one off so most just pulled them off & away they went so it didn't look so bad with it just hanging there .
