That looks good if you raised the side mounts and added some type of front support that could be used to run an engine on.
You should make a few up and sell them.
The early carts Pontiac used were similar in as far as the lower frame with casters,
the supports were just heavy gauge steel legs that rested on the oil pan flange area.
I use furniture dolly's with wood blocking just to move them around easily.
