Anyhow, today I wrapped each lug nut with silicone tapr, 2 layers and it would still fit in the socket, and torqued to 60 #'s, not 100. Came out great. Maybe someone has a better way???? Are you sure it was the GTOAA and not POCI? I have never seen the GTOAA ask an owner for the removal of a wheel cover. Either way, looks like you got one tough judge. Something you said?!
