Condition is everything after # matching IMO. If all the #'s check out and the car is complete and solid, then, you can start trying to determine it's worth. The manual adds value to it. If it's missing key parts and some SD only pieces, good luck, cause replacing them it's gonna take time and lots of $$$. So, it's hard to put a $ figure on it w/out knowing more about it. Sight unseen, I would not buy it, unless he was giving it away. there's lots of people that believe they have an SD 455, but are mistaken. You really need to check it yourself.
