Will bolt right on, if your 8.2 backing plates @ brakelines have not been unhooked you can unbolt the axle retaining plates, pull the axles out, and bend the tabs up on the axle tubes and carefully slide the backing plates out, then hang them up with coat hangers. by going this route, won't even have to bleed the brakes. With lower shocks unbolted, remove the lower shock mtg plates. Next, with decent sized floor jack, lift the rear by center housing,with a little rocking it will come loose off the rubber insulators, then with a little help, you can wrestle the old rear out, and then slide ithe new 8.5 rear. From behind the car, and again angle one end of the new rear up and over one leaf spring then after sliding the jack sideways, can hop the other end up carefully line everything back up.
