I was told that CMC grinds most of the "high performance" aftermarket camshafts, Melling, Speed Pro, the discontinued "Blue Racer" line, etc. They should be good cores.

Difficult to say where the lifters come from these days, but I wouldn't be afraid of any Melling camshaft.

Rhoads lifters are actually very easy on the cam, and Rhoads has always use good lifters far as I know. We've never had the first problem one with any of them, and the cams look like they have been polished when inspected or removed, even after many years and thousands of miles of use......Cliff
