As some have said, they're both lean, mean muscle cars. Platforms are identical. Styling is similar except the '64 is cleaner.
The spun aluminum dash and best steering wheel of any Pontiac are pluses for the '64, but the Rally gages and hood scoop that can be made functional are pluses for the '65.
How can you not like them both?
