The 1 18 66 is date the car was delivered to customer I think.
The 251?733 is the motor unit number
YEP is the engine code - YE ; P is for Pontiac I think
PD is for the trany code - TH400
75958 is the tranny unit number
The 'C' and the 'H' not sure but probably the rear end code and something else.
