I would like to install swivel door bars for ease of entry/exit.
Any other considerations I should be thinking of other than what is pointed out in the NHRA rule book?

I was faced with that dilemma in my car, because I'm a "big 'ol boy" so they say. I ended bending a dogleg in the door bar instead of making it swing out and it works well for me. I went and did both sides that way.
