Speedo doesn't look turned over to me.
Brake pedal looks great other than some typical sloppy shoe dirt.
Appears more like a car that was real well kept most of its life - then got shoved outside and sat for 7-12 years - unappreciated / neglected.
Bound to be a heck of a story with the car - if its all known.
45 year old car.
Master's can go bad with time - versus miles. Especially on a car that doesn't get driven as much.
Same for a radiator hose and clamp.
In the 70's and 80's most common folks purposely disposed of tower clamps.
Didn't take much corrosion to make them a real pain to remove - and usually ruined in process.
It may well be original miles.
Either way - one super he|| of a car to find.
Loaded like a Brass Hat / Zone Exec car too.
