If it were me and the Stock Dipstick and tube are being used I would measure the "FULL" line of the stick to the bottom flange of block.

Then measure into the pan from the pan flange with the recorded measurement to get the depth the stick goes into the pan.
With that measure, mark the depth of the stick full line into the pan.

Set the pan on a level plain and add water measuring the amount until you reach the reference line.
I would think this will give you the new fluid volume for oil.

I would roughly guess by the pictures of the pan mod you've added no more than 2 qts to the total capacity.

And I'll add that pan looks fantastic!
