Default rear quarter window mech/rollers

Hi all,

Trying to debug why my rear quarter windows are so difficult to move up and down. Removed inner rear panel. Things seem to be in order but I did notice there are essentially three rollers. A small roller moves horizontally. This one seems to turn. There are two other, larger rollers mounted to the window itself. One doesn't turn at all, I assume its not designed to turn as it slides in a track that straddles both sides of the roller. The other roller turns intermittently.

Not sure if that is the source of the problem or they just need to be lubed? I assume replacing that one roller would require R&R of the window. I sprayed some lithium grease on the tracks and rollers. Seemed to help. Wondering if the lithium grease maybe isn't thick enough and I should be using wheel bearing grease or something similar?

Thanks for any thoughts!
