Thanks for the clarification as I didn't realize the rally gauge set up had a button head sender. In my case I currently have a factory idiot light set-up and looking at a rally gauge conversion set up (see link below) which includes a re-engineered circuit board. This is advertised as direct adaptable to a idiot light harness but one needs to use the rally gauge sending units for water and oil.
