Almost every CL wheel I can recall seeing was a Motor Wheel stamping;
These are Kelsey Hayes.
The set of four that I bought (undated) were Norris wheels, but considering how hard they seem to be to find, I was happy to get them.
My fifth (the first one I got) was a March date too iirc.

2009 Cobalt SS: 13.9 @ 103mph (current DD; makes something north of 300hp & 350ft/lbs)
