Mostly that number is referred to as the body buck/jig fixture that's used at Fisher.
I have taken that to mean it was used as they framed up a body as it was built from single pieces of sheet metal into a complete shell / hull .

Correct. The cart in the body shop had some fixturing built in.
The cart through trim up until body drop was simply a carrier that the completed body rode on (no fixturing).
The specific fixture was noted as an aid in problem resolution. If there was a build problem that could be tracked back to a specific fixture then that could help solve the problem.
