Yes you could do that, but also even with cam change read what blueghoast did to his vacuum secondaries Holly crab. So this is kind of how it works. Evidently with cam your running now, it need more fuel on the secondaries going to a better cam and intake and not changing the crab like blueghoast did is going to compound the issue you’ll be disappointed. So definitely make the modifications to that vac secondary carburetor. Trust me thats a issue with those carb’s.
