After seeing the durability of my brother in laws BMW's, I don't think I would have one that is out of warranty. His are crazy expensive when they go to the dealer. I am not sure exactly what they have , a M4 SUV thing, a 328, an old 760 V12, that needs both high pressure fuel pumps, $6,000+ just for that, and a 650 convertible. He seems to only have the newer ones running, as he says they all need engine work.
