Another item that seems "odd" to me is the use of a fan shroud on a non A/C car. The fan shroud was used on all A/C cars and also part of the HD cooling option (though some documented 67 RA cars appear without the shroud). This car does not have A/C or the heavy duty cooling option. I assume it was possibly added to help with cooling.
