Step 5 - Remove the phillips head screws inside of the upper part of the three instrument pod holes, using a stubby phillips screwdriver.

Step 6 - Reach up and push the tab on the bottom of the speedometer unit where it attaches to the cluster and remove speedometer cable from the instrument cluster.

Step 7 - Remove ash tray. Remove lower dash panel surround by removing the four phillips head screws.

Step 8 - Pull out the headlight knob all the way. Don't yank it! There is a little button you need to push from the backside to release the knob. You probably won't be able to see it, but you will just have to feel around for it. Push it in to release the knob. Remove it. Pull flasher unit off holder.
