Hi Scott, thanks for all the great photos of the bronze car. I'd be really interested to see the 'wood' steering wheel on your car as I'm on endless quest to get the right shade of stain and look on my restored ones.
I've had three different wheels restored by 3 different people and they just don't seem to look exactly the originals in some way of another. (Either too dark, too light, too much sheen, not 'grainy' enough etc..)

When you have some time, could you post some photos of the steering wheel from your bronze car at different angles and in different light, both with flash and without maybe, as well as some up close of the "wood grain"? I'm sure it's the best example out there (beside NOS), for all of us to see how exactly it looked from new. Thanks, Mike in Nebraska.
