The car was featured in Hot Rod back in 2008, I have been in touch with the owner ever since in hopes that I’d be able to have an opportunity to purchase the car one day and that day has finally come due to the original owner facing many health challenges. It was very important to him to be able to choose the next owner of his car and I was lucky enough to that guy. This is a 13k original mile car with all original paint, mint interior and trunk, incredible undercarriage, and super nice engine compartment with original hoses and belts.
I wish the folks at Ames could see your trunk mat material because it looks correct. The mat they sell isn’t close. Does your mat have a thin rubber type foam backing? Any chance of seeing another picture of it? Would like to see a picture of your trunk cardboard side panels too. What color are they?
