I replaced the spark plugs, cap, and rotor. I mixed up the firing order on 4 and 8 when I test ran the engine. That caused some drama, but I was able to sort it out.

Of note, I used a temp light on the exhaust headers to check that all 8 cylinders were firing. All were 525-650 degrees, except cylinder 1, which was 400ish. I'm not sure what to make of that.

I have tomorrow off work, so I will test run the engine again and start the wiring. I will also call MSD and see about the dizzy.
