that is a Deluxe strg wheel, same color '69 wheel as was in my Dads '69 Executive wagon. These don't crack, they just get very sticky feeling around the rim. I've sold a few nice grain black ones with the matching cover plate & three nice color matching buttons in the $150-175 range. For some reason there are some years & colors that don't sell welL. '69-70 blue as well as '69-70 red & '70 sandalwood have also been good sellers.
