Hard to say, but that car is pretty loaded with A/C, Guages, Power windows, reclining passenger seat back, & rear speaker. Does the A/C work? how does it drive?
If the interior is as nice as it looks in the pictures (even the 2 tone steering wheel looks very nice!) everything works, and you want it, I would offer $12,000 and see what happens.
The body style is worth more than a 4-door sedan, and looks much better than the sedan version. But $15,000 is pretty high for a 4-door. But with no interior work needed, and if it drives well it may be a bargain in the long run.
