How "EARLY" are you talking?
I've posed the question here before as to earliest build date known for a '71 model Firebird. If I remember right it was late June, early July 1970, maybe? Anybody know anything earlier?
I think 70 & 71 shared the same part number shakers, but have never saw or heard of a '71 without the 455 H.O. decal.
If this is so, could it be because the shaker decal was late to the assembly line and they sent them on out without the call-out just like the '70s ????
This will make me study my assembly manual revision dates.
