Multiple photos sent to your email address from start to finish. I find it much easier to cut from the backside (inside) of the fender. I used masking tape over the cut area, place the template over the tape, align with one hole, trace out in pen then with my pneumatic die grinder and a very thin cut off wheel I follow the inside of my lines and fine tune with a hand file for a perfect dimension. Once complete take your extractors and heat them pretty warm/hot along the seam between the two ducts and over bend it (it will be slightly pliable) and now take the warm/hot extractor & align the mounting studs and hold the extractor against the fender tight and as it cools it will take the fenders profile. Protect your raw edge's from the cut with epoxy primer and paint the background flat black like Boss's photo above. Tim john---
