I remember that Car Brian. The Inter-cooler position and mounting was similar to the inter-cooler system that Gale Banks used on the Geisler 1953 Studebaker "Land Speed Record" car. Roots Blower and BB Chevy Engine.

The different being, Brian, that Gale Banks and Bruce Geisler used water vs the A/C System and the A/C system would quickly be over-come by the induction temps on the "Long Course" (7 miles). There is a LONG recovery time with the A/C system.
