Today I was going to move the car around, take a few pix with the rest of the pack. After a go around the block I parked it. My apprentice noted that "your car is leaking oil".
Crap. Earlier when moving the lift arms the crossmember slipped off the jack and hit the oil pan and balancer. I checked it and seemed fine other than a dent in the pan. Evidently the dent pulled the pan away from the timing cover as it leaks bad when running. Needless to say the engine will have to come out.
I may replace the solid rollers with hydraulic and helicoil the exhaust threads in the head among other things.
