Single hole in mine .... but I'm not sure what year ... the bumper has no emblem holes so I assume it's a 69, but all the grills are 68, so it's probably a Frankenstein ... so no help.
I notice no part numbers on the endura/hide-away parts ... just all the assembly numbers and L and R .
