Greg, an 8 bolt or 11 bolt won't matter as far as the stock positioning of the center of the PS pulley, as same power steering setup was used from '67-70 with 3 different style timing covers & 3 different style water pumps. All of the water pump pulley alignment came down to the use of specific wp pulleys to fit with each style timing cover & water pump.
