I'm not sure I follow the history. It was last registered in 2001 in Ohio, but then you state the last registered owner was from Pomona NY. Was it taken to NY from Ohio, or was it registered in Ohio to someone with a Pomona NY address?

It was registered in Ohio in 2001, then it was registered in NY in 2017. The owner who had it before me only kept it a short time.
