Coincidentally , i ordered my Cupped Washers from the same seller on eBay that you bought the 8mm Nuts from - in Eastlake Ohio.
I think the seller you used on Walmart for your Washers is that same seller too.
But my parts are frozen in a post office there - and have not moved in 2 days. lol
Bought some Hardened Flat Washers at Lowes
10mm x 20mm x 2.0mm thickness Hillman #885823 4-pk $1.08
12mm x 24mm x 2.5mm thickness Hillman #885826 4-pk $1.24
Need to go back again and get 2x of 10mm x 30mm fender washers they had.
