There is a guy who does rebuild them in the states. Should be a Gold cad finish which does wear as it ages. Most were plated zinc under the Cadnium looking topping.
There are plenty of aftermarket boosters with the Delco Moraine stamp for around 100 USD. Inline tube sells them, Our host Ames has them.
How is your "combination" Valve ? Most are pretty rusty.
