Reverse cooling, well,it makes sense, cool water to the hot heads first, warmed water onwards to the cylinders. Much better for detonation resistance too,cooler heads. But each to their own.
How long does a race engine run? How hot does the water get? Do you monitor temp entering and exiting the head? Do you monitor water pressure via racepak and see the pressure increase vs temp? My exit water temp may be 110 degrees with the pressure being around 20psi. Again, there are better ways to cool a head.
